Not every machine can be accessed or moved efficiently with a conventional forklift. Limited overhead clearance, narrow aisles, pits, surrounding equipment, and floor load limitations can require specialized rigging methods and equipment.
National Machinery Movers utilizes versatile, state-of-the-art machinery-moving equipment to navigate challenging site conditions. Our capabilities include a 200-ton hydraulic jacking system, A-frame gantry, and robotic machinery dollies.
Our hydraulic jacking system allows heavy machinery to be raised from underneath to provide an alternative lifting solution where conventional overhead cranes may not be practical. Machinery is transferred to robotic machinery dollies for controlled maneuvering through tight spaces with precise control. When floor load limitations are a concern, steel plates can be used to distribute concentrated loads over a larger surface area, subject to an evaluation of the floor structure and loading conditions.
